I have been fortunate to have been the Finance Director of various hospitality businesses in recent years moving from workplace contract catering to gastropubs and now onto hotels. They may be different companies but they are all filled with the same huge desire to look after guests and customers.

I love working with this passion and layering on some commercial knowledge, which will help make the Castlebridge hotels not just great places to stay but also highly valuable properties. And of course you are only as good as the team around you. The ongoing motivation and development of my team is a critical ingredient for success both today and in the future.

Away from work, I have a busy family life with my wife, two sons and dog; and immerse myself in a social life built around friends and sport.
