My career in Hospitality has spanned 40 years and I love it just as much now as I did when I started.

My career began in operations as a room attendant, and I subsequently experienced roles in various departments. I have been fortunate to have been given many opportunities to develop which I grabbed with both hands and have worked for many inspirational managers over the years. These valuable experiences along with my past and personal experiences have led me to the role I am in today.

I have had a fantastic career and it has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, all of whom bring something unique to the industry. No day is ever the same, it is rewarding, and you are guaranteed to have fun along the way. I have a strong passion and belief for developing people and watching them grow into their next role. We want everyone to be themselves and bring their own character to work, and I would encourage everyone to dip their toe into the Industry as once you do, you’re hooked!

I currently live in south Wales with my husband Chris and our dog Remi. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family and grandchildren, walking Remi,  and pottering in the garden.
