I started my career in hospitality 22 years ago and have had the pleasure of working for some of the major international operators, including Marriott, Accor and IHG. I really cannot think of a better industry to have developed within.

My time in hotels began purely by accident, taking a part time summer job during the school holidays as a room attendant, it was then that my love for hotels began. At the age of 16 I knew that this was the industry for me, and I particularly enjoyed the early years of my progression, taking on various roles across all areas of hotel operations. I have been fortunate to have some amazing mentors throughout my career which has helped drive my passion for developing our biggest asset, our people, helping them to develop into great ambassadors of our hotels and producing amazing experiences for our guests.

I live in a small town in South Wales with my husband Courtney and our two dogs Bruno and Gus. I love to spend time outdoors in the countryside with our horses, travelling all around the country competing at County Shows. If I am not out with the horses, you will find me parading at competitions with the marching band that I train with my husband!
