Each year in our IHG properties we take a week to acknowledge the dedication and passion of colleagues and front-line team members who deliver extraordinary service every day.
Celebrate Service Week was created by IHG to say a great big thank you to all our colleagues who go above and beyond to deliver True Hospitality for everyone and for providing great service day in and day out. We celebrate and recognise colleagues who make our guests, and those we interact with every day, feel welcome and cared for, recognised and respected.
This year we celebrated and thanked our team members by hosting raffles, treasure hunts, gratitude boards and painting competitions to rounders in the park, Zumba dance classes, pizza vans and sweet-treat Tuesdays. There was something for everyone to enjoy and it was a real treat for us to give back and show our appreciation.
